It is unknown what sort of relationship she had with Marshal Lee's father. She views his musical pursuits as 'embarrassing mistakes,' similar to how Hunson berated Marceline for turning the family axe into 'some kind of lute.' However, Marshall Lee wants to be a musician instead, and at some point before the events of Adventure Time: Fionna & Cake, he cut contact with her and moved out. After helping with the creation of a new sword, Hunson Abadeer comes back to try and regain his daughters love.
